RESERVATIONS: Canoes will be held 1 hr. past the agreed time unless prepaid.
DEPOSIT: None required
PAYMENT: Cash, Personnel Checks (Local) and Travelers checks
EQUIPMENT LOSS: Renters are responsible for lost or damaged equipment.
LIABILITY: All river activities are risk sports with known and unknown dangers. You and your party
will be required to read and sign a statement of risk, acknowledgment of risk, express
assumption of risk and release of liability upon renting equipment. There are no lifeguards
or rescue facilities on the river.
